White Industrial Technologies' Parts and Service Department can identify and order parts needed, service existing equipment, and help answer any questions you may have regarding your process equipment. White Industrial Technologies can provide everything from belts and bearings to full mixer drive conversions. In addition to repairing most any type of mixing equipment, White Industrial Technologies' full-time service department can help answer questions to improve the performance of your existing equipment.
Preventative Maintenance Programs:
Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs are available on a full or part time basis and designed to take the maintenance load off the already busy operators and repair department. By checking equipment on a periodic basis, you increase the possibility of identifying a badly worn or damaged part and repairing the part on a predetermined date, eliminating expensive emergency downtime.
Our Full-Time PM Program
Consists of a White Industrial Technologies maintenance engineer visiting your plant on a time interval based on equipment usage and manufacturing environment. All critical items are checked for wear and a Service Report is provided. White Industrial Technologies assumes full responsibility for lubrication and service.
Our Part-Time PM Program
Known as the Share Care Preventative Maintenance Program consists of White Industrial Technologies performing inspection and lubrication at time intervals based on machine usage and environmental conditions. In between visits the customer is responsible for some or all lubrication. Customers would receive all the benefits of the full-time program with the exception of the number of visits per year. A Service Report is also provided.
